WinTasks5 Professional by Uniblue

WinTasks5 is a third party 'Win Task Manager' for XP.
It has had great reviews from various IT experts and is confidently advertised with a 30 days money back gaurantee.
I felt safe and bought it 7 days ago.
However the program did not work well for me from the outset. Overall it was disappointing.
At the moment Uniblue's online 'refund process' appears to have been 'BLOCKED' . It will not allow me to complete the refund process. I keep getting a message that states: 'Wait 48 hours for the order to settle before requesting refund'.
It has now been a week!
In the meantime I have sent an email to their customer service support explaining the 'online refund process' problem.
No response.
I sent another email internally via their website to product support.
No response.
Today, April 4, I have sent my 2 more emails, one to their sales department and the other to their customer support service outlining the situation.
Should I risk holding my breath!
What do you think the chances are of the 'Satisfaction or Money Back' gaurantee being honoured?
Has anyone else had such an experience dealing with Uniblue or am I just unlucky?
